When discussing future goals
avoid being overly general or adopting a confessional tone. Be specific
about the areas of your teaching that you would like to develop, explain
how you propose to develop them, and give a time frame within which you
hope to do so. The function of this part of the portfolio is to demonstrate
that you have a professional relationship to your teaching by showing
how you propose to foster your development as a teacher.
