The current, 2016-2017 version of the Online Ethics Course for GSIs will close on Friday, July 28. No new enrollments will be processed for the 2016-2017 version after June 14.The updated 2017-2018 version will come on line on Tuesday, August 1. 

If you are currently in the process of taking the course, please plan to complete all the quizzes with a passing score by July 28 at the latest.

If you have completed the course already, or are not required by Graduate Council policy to complete the course, please disregard this notice.

 

The GSI Professional Standards and Ethics Online Course is housed as a course-site in bCourses, UC Berkeley’s campus course management system. Users with a CalNet ID* will be able to enroll themselves in the course by using the following enrollment link:

Experienced GSIs, along with faculty and staff who work with GSIs, are welcome to peruse the Ethics Course for a refresher on essential campus policies and practices pertaining to GSIs.
